Review of The Children of Huang Shi (2008) by Chris O — 27 Apr 2008
A beautiful shot film - Jonathan does show depth as the titular character, though Radha's character I thought was a little forced. Chow Yun-Fat's talent was wasted, he could've been so much more entertaining - for once, I didn't feel his charisma - possibly due to his role.
Michelle Yeoh was excellent, though she didn't do too much with her limited role either. Not exactly's Schindler's List standard, but passable.
