I have a special place in my heart for the Care Bears. When I have young children, I will raise them on no television except Care Bears and Winnie the Pooh. I really can't stand the ad-friendly programming brainwashing today's youth. At least I can try to instill some positive notions of caring, love, and connection into my child (even when the world wants anything but that).
