Review of The Call of Cthulhu (2006) by Steve — 01 Jan 2007
Utterly masterful silent movie, done on a shoestring. Perfectly evokes the feel of Lovecraft's universe. It's hard to get hold of, and those who are not fans of The Cthulhu Mythos, or silent movies may not appreciate it.
To those who appreciate either, and in my case, both, it is a dazzling and sometimes haunting version of the most popular tale of the true father of horror. Lovecraft himself would be proud to have his name attached.
