Review of The Call of Cthulhu (2006) by Pasquale L — 01 Feb 2009
Very faithful, and incredibly impressive production given the limited resources available to the film-makers. The silent movie conceit works well, and it all hangs together in a most impressive way. Its limitations are occasionally obvious, but these people have proven that Lovecraft is not unfilmable, which is in itself a major victory.
