Review of The Butterfly Effect 3: Revelations (2009) by Conan Michael L — 09 Feb 2010
Iâ??ve always felt the original Butterfly Effect was a greatly underrated movie and its core idea â?? going back in time to change one thing which creates chaos â?? is a strong one. And so it is with this second sequel, in theme only, about a guy who uses his gift to help his cop buddy catch criminals.
Needless to say it all goes wrong when he investigates the murder of his ex-girlfriend. Itâ??s pretty standard fare but the story is strong enough to hold the attention and itâ??s competently helmed by Seth Grossman who previously directed the excellent Elephant King.
