Would give it a 8/10, but seeing the negative reviews here makes me give it a 10 to compensate for that. Fast paced movie, great story. You have to take some effort to understand what's going on (actually it's pretty easy to understand, but some people don't seem to get the point).
You should watch the Butterfly Effect part 1 and 2 for more explanation to the third part.
