Well instead of being a carbon copy of the first, like the second one was, this one actually goes in a new directon (thank god). Ofcourse its direct to dvd, and not near as good as the first, but its a HUGE step up from the terrible part 2.
This time the man that has the effect uses his power to try to solve the murder of an ex girlfriend and messes things up everytime he goes back in time. Ending was great, story was great, really no complaints here, have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
