It sounded like a good idea; a guy that uses his time jumping ability to solve crimes for the police. Sadly, it went downhill from there. With all the time jumping, there is no time to catch up in the new reality and you're left feeling like something is missing.
I hope this is the end of this. I don't want to see what they come up with for Butterfly Effect 4, especially if the last scene of this movie is any indication.
