3 out of 5 stars. This is actually a decent movie, but I would prefer if it was not considered a sequel to the original The Butterfly Effect. Part 3 is a combination of Minority Report and a slasher horror movie.
The main character Sam, goes back into time to try to catch a serial killer. As he continues to do this, he becomes more of a suspect in the gruesome murders. The last fifteen minutes have some interesting twists and turns.
