Oliver Reed plays a very, very naughty doctor who's idea of an EST encounter for neurotics REALLY REALLY works. It works too well, causing the participants' bodies to rebel against them, growing hideous tumor and giving birth to mutant offspring who run amok in an orgy of death, with the killing and the devouring of flesh and the blood-slurping, and the bone ripping and the marrow-sucking.
...OK, a slight exaggeration, but they are surely every baby-sitters evening from Hell.
