Review of The Brood (1979) by James S — 18 May 2010
I probably would rate this a bit lower if I weren't such a Cronenberg fan, but then again, it's so freakin' weird I'd probably think it was pretty cool either way. The climatic scene with the newly born 'brood baby' and it's afterbirth lickin' momma is hands down one of the strangest things I've ever seen.
