Review of The Bronze (2016) by 'Frankie A — 09 Aug 2016
Based on the reviews I've read, I expected a 50/50 chance of whether I would enjoy this film. It is a must watch! Honestly, it is an original film, compared to movies of this generation. The creative humor, sarcasm, and moral of the plot hits home.
Not suitable for certain types of personality. By growing up in a small town and knowing our generations turn in music/culture, you will certainly laugh hard - especially at the awkward scenes. Some critics just can not comprehend the in depth characteristics portrayed, because for minority's it is a relatable concept if you subtract the gymnastics.
Lastly, the ending is a must watch when the credits roll. Only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the lack of change in scenery; moreover, you only get hometown and simple Olympics staging.
