Review of The Brink's Job (1978) by Dominic E — 31 May 2012
This is a great heist film, starring a great ensemble. Way better than "The Gang that Couldn't Shoot Straight." I suspect that the masks worn by the gang during the big stickup were a source of inspiration for Heath Ledger's Joker makeup.
Peter Boyle and Peter Falk are tremendous together and author, actor, and famous little brother Malachy McCourt makes an appearance as money launderer Mutts Murphy. Great film.
