Not a BAD sequel to the first Christopher Lee Fu Manchu movie. At least the protagonist is more believable, but, amazingly, just like the first movie, Manchu has backed himself up with a lot of wimpy Asian henchmen, who are no match for the Heroic British Policemen! Sometimes 5 henchmen against 1 Policeman, guess who wins?
