Review of The Breakfast Club (1985) by Hilary W — 29 Jul 2016
The Breakfast Club remains timeless. In each of the students in detention, every viewer will find at least one person to identify with - the athlete, the princess, the criminal, the genius or the basket case.
I first saw this when it was originally, a few years out of my teens and loved it then as much as I do now, thirty years later. The scene where Judd Nelson acts out his home life is one of the great scenes of all time.
