Review of The Boys Are Back (2009) by Anya S — 30 May 2011
A wondeful performance from Clive Owen as a dad striggling to look after his two sons after his wife dies. This movie reinforced by admiration for single parents. While the acting was remarkable, this is not really a film for everyone.
It is one of those that you kind of watch in the background while doing something else as it can get quite boring at times. All in all, the only thing that made this watchable was a stellar performance from Owen who as always, delivers perfectly.
