This movie was not that scary for the first half or so. 75ish % of the way through it abruptly became much scarier in an unexpected way -- it was very psychologically fucked in away I wasn't expecting.
Moral of the story appears to be "rich people are messed up" or "don't nanny, but especially not for rich people in the middle of nowhere.".
