You can file this turd under the same category as 'The Game'. The beginning is exciting, thought provoking, well acted and overall gripping. Use of music is also terrific. After about 45 minutes into this the screenplay takes a nose dive and becomes extremely confusing and boring.
The audience is left with nothing in the end. Kelly is obviously a talented guy who has some original ideas, but I hated this.
