How such a high percentage of flixster users can give this a sterling review reveals that IIQ drops the greater the mass of people. The plot consists of 100 words: where are you? I want eyes, people! Now! Why can't we see him? Why can't we hear that cell phone conversation? Track him! Project (insert name) is a GO, people! The rest of the movie is comprised entirely of chase scenes.
Boring!
