Do not read the book before watching. Disappointment will follow. Just a warning. In this case, why even give it the same name as the novel if the only thing they share is the freaking title? Upsetting to say the least.
Enjoy the movie because it is a fine and worthy sequel to the original, but call it Bourne Baby Bourne or something else because this title belongs to the novel which is excellent in its own right.
