Review of The Bourne Supremacy (2004) by Troy F — 08 Aug 2012
The Bourne Supremacy strikes with a continuation off the first film, and a damn well done sequel indeed. Just when Bourne believes he's outrun his troubles for good, it finds him yet again and he's back on a search for who he is.
It retains the same edge on your seat feel of the first, driven at a fast pace with some impressive action sequences and more exciting developments that keep us quite invested in Bourne's journey.
However, it's sole problem to me was that it felt like little else than an extension off the first with a lot to offer but falling a bit short. It's intense, yet zips by faster than you expect.
It's strange really, but that's how it is. All aside, it's a terrific ride!
