I honestly don't know why the ratings are as low as they are. Is it just because Matt Damon wasn't in it? Regardless, I've so enjoyed all of the Bourne movies and this one is no exception. Brilliant storyline, nonstop action, deep character development and (like all the best James Bond movies) it took us on a whirlwind tour of beautiful cities and landscapes.
