This is better and WAY more fun than 2016's Jason Bourne. The lack of shaky-cam action is a much needed change of pace, with Renner having plenty of cool action star moments (gun fight in house, climbing up walls, fighting a friggin' wolf).
He even speaks more than twice in one movie! Yes, the science is stupid. Yes, the script projects the image of a studio pushing to make money. Yes, the overall story is kinda useless. Still, I'll take useless & fun ("Legacy") over useless & dull ("J.
Bourne") any day.
