The first Boondock Saints was a movie that exceeded expectations. I am a big fan of the first and I intially skipped this one due to bad reviews. I once again saw a movie that exceeded my expectations.
This movie follows a similar formula with Julie Benz (from Dexter) taking on the William Defoe like role as the brilliant detective. The movie can get a little corney at times but it is self aware of it.
It just got put on netflix instant streaming so now is your chance to see it if you listened to the reviews and skipped it.
