If you have watched the first movie, you should expect what the sequel is about: lots of shooting, blood and violence, all in the name of god. It seems like the director has analysed the first movie, threw the good stuff away and kept and enlarged everything senseless.
If you haven't watched the first movie and you're into shooting in the name of justice-god, watch that and leave the sequel. Or find something else, a lot better. It shouldn't be hard.
