Review of The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day (2009) by Kc M — 23 Jun 2010
While I'm not a crazy Boondock Saints fan like people I know, the sequel is very enjoyable. It does has it flaws like the first one, though. The movie does try too hard sometimes and greatly desires to be on the level of Tarantino, thus many scenes are hit and miss.
Still, there are many great moments, and Clifton Collins is awesome as Romeo. Julie Benz is okay, her best scene being dressed as a cowgirl, but she can't compare to what William Dafoe was to the first Boondock Saints.
