Review of The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day (2009) by William G — 14 May 2011
Oh boy where to start. This sequel is the perfect example of why sequels are very difficult to pull off. I'm a big fan of the first installment and this one just felt rushed right off the bat. Cheesy punchlines, dialogue, and just an overall "trying to hard" feel to it.
Towards the end it got a little better but Julie Benz's phony Texan accent killed it, thank god her physical appearance saved her. Wasn't expecting a Dark Knight sequel but c'mon Duffy! C.
