It's been nine years since the first movie, and Duffy has clearly not improved at anything, which isn't really surprising at all considering what a dumbass he has made sure the whole world knows he is.
I can only assume that the people who like the Boondock Saint movies can be entertained by a lot of stupid, pointless action, and really can't tell a good movie from a bad one.
