Review of The Boondock Saints (1999) by Corbin R — 23 Jan 2016
Graphically violent, incredibly profane, and unnecessary sexuality/nudity. This movie's plot leaves much to be desired and wholly unsatisfying overall. By the end you've weeded your way through massive amounts of graphic violence along with the same in profanity.
With a plot and message that's not particularly strong this movie is hard to justify owning and returning to more than once. Most audiences will enjoy it for its violence, but if that's what you want there are much better (dare I say tasteful?) and clever films featuring such (see Tarantino).
