Review of The Boondock Saints (1999) by Kyle G — 15 Aug 2012
It's not a movie for everyone... But it's a storyline that seems to appeal to many. And lets face it at some point we've all wished a vigilantly will fix what the cops can't. The chemistry between Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus is what makes the film.
They are believable as brothers, they are friends in real life and have no problem trusting each other and it comes thru helping sell the 'brothers'. The by play between the brothers reminds us of people we all know.
David della Rocco is great comic relief and Willem DaFoe is brillant, so other actor could have sold that role!
