Review of The Boondock Saints (1999) by Louie P — 03 Sep 2017

Now this film is an unusual film for me because I love me a good action movie and violence doesn't bother me, but this one was different... Why I thought the film was good and entertaining with some funny overacted performances and cheesy dialogue (and I love the cheesy stuff in films) the violence just felt different to me unlike other action or movies with violence in them.

The reason why I say it's different is because I don't like the way it portrays violence as the answer to all our problems and how they solve everything and say a viewer e.g. Child would agree that violence is a good thing and helps people while In reality violence is horrible and shouldn't have ever existed.

Overall good movie but the violence could have been portrayed differently.
