Two vigilante brothers seek to wipe Boston of its criminals, but they have off-the-wall Willem Dafoe tailing them. Boyish, Tarantino wannabe has plenty of bullets and zest . . . but a certain shortage of brains. Troy Duffy made a sequel in 2009.
