Review of The Book Thief (2013) by Russell G — 16 May 2014
Wasn't impressed with this movie as much as I wanted to be. Obviously it is hard to compete against such a well written novel , but putting death into a more narrated form ruined it for me as death could be considered a main character.
The actors were great , just didn't provide what the book had provided for myself , and dragged on until the climax where that was dimmed down extensively.
