Review of The Book of Life (2014) by Matt A — 05 Feb 2015

Visually stunning and practically a work of art in animation. However saying that its a little slow in getting the story up and running, its a rare film that gets better nearer the end. But in all honesty its a feel good film and worth watching again.

My only real problem apart from the uneven pace is that there are hardly any laughs, a few chuckles now and then but its not really much of a classic family film. Good ending though.
