Review of The Book of Eli (2010) by Ignacio A — 21 Nov 2012
We should be more than sick and tired with apocaliptic and post-apocaliptic ovies by the time. on the other hand this movie took an unexpected direction that with the help of a great cast made it awesome!
Ths movie shows the world after the " Final War", and shows a man who walks west. Hes skillfull inteligent and is one of the few survivors of that war. He gets to a town where he meets another man that lived in his times, Gary Oldman, he is obsessed with the idea of finding a book which he could use as a weapon. A thrilling and exciting expirience that will make you glue your eyes to the screen and your ass to the chair till it ends because is not only a smart story but also a mega action movie which gives much more than enough to get out with and in my opinion this kind of movies had a big flaw this didn't... the ending they just, usually, do not know how to end it but in my opinion this ending was great. Although this may be a bit much than what it deserves but is because I really loved it the themes the visual and sound effects the cast and the story really enjoyable. HIgh full price!
