Review of The Bonfire of the Vanities (1990) by Patrick S — 25 Aug 2008
The only entertainment value here is seeing a young Tom Hanks, then regarded as a light comedian, take a shot at drama, and Morgan Freeman as an outspoken, yet fair, judge. Bruce Willis just smirks his way through the film - at times it's almost like watching a 2-hour episode of Moonlighting - sans Cybill Shepherd.
