Review of The Blues Brothers (1980) by Wayne H — 18 Jan 2012
Laugh-out-loud funny and an awesome soundtrack to boot. It's one of thoses movies that can't be topped. Bob's Country Bunker, Illinois Nazis, Murph and the Magic Tones, 100 crashed up cop cars, a psychotic Carrie Fisher, and then there's Joliet Jake and Elwood Blues; the pride and joy of Calumet City, Illinois.
"It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses." Hit it.
