Review of The Blues Brothers (1980) by Joe L — 02 Aug 2013
An enormously funny action comedy featuring some of the greatest car chases ever, two AMAZING performances (Belushi, Aykroyd) and unbeliavable guest stars including Aretha Franklin, Frank Oz and Twiggy! Hilarious dialogues, fantastic soundtrack and choreographies and surrealism make the viewing of this movie more than just pleasant.
Apart from some flaws, the script is very well-written and its main message is simple, but important: find someone to love and resist blind people-isolating justice.
