This is the best Chicago movie ever made. Bar-none. The Fugitive is fantastic, and so are all the John Hughes films, but this one is the Citizen Kane of Chicago films. It also happens to be a very funny and very silly movie.
Lots and lots of amazing car crashes and stunts, and all with ZERO special effects. If you have not seen this film, you should be punished...by watching the horrible sequel.
