If this film was indeed written by the writer of Blade Runner, The Blood of Heroes was his really bad day! There is basically no plot--just a lot the very violent "game" of juggers. It was like Thunderdome without the style, writing, production values, costumes, cinematography, dialogue, sets, cast, etc.
Just not much there.
