Review of The Blob (1958) by Baurushan J — 01 Nov 2011

Definetely more of a character driven film I would say. It's labeled as a horror in part, but nothing is really horrifying here. The Goosebumps series even had more scares than this here. But overall it is a classic and I did love mostly everything about it, although I do wish there had been more 'Blob' here.

For any fan of classic Steve McQueen films, though, this is a must, and I can understand how this made it into the criterion collection.
