Review of The Blob (1958) by Pedro D — 28 Feb 2007
'The Blob' is unintentionally funny, but it has a certain charm to it, even after all those years. For one, it is a classic B-monster movie, so there are tons of movies that pay homage by recycling some of its classic scenes.
For instance, in the end, when they send the blob to the Arctic, the words "The End?" (yes, with the question mark) show up. Precious.
