A drab rendition of the feckless adventures of teenage desperado-wannabes that fails to captivate, or remotely inspire awe. 'The Bling Ring' exhibits a woeful inadequacy in linking the disparate roles of its characters, in order, to form a convincing tapestry of the human experience that drives its central theme home.
