While it doesn't delve deep into the lives of the protagonists, The Bling Ring has an immense amount of social commentary. The dialogue and acting may seem bad, but its just the way teenagers talk.
Also, Emma Watson gives a noteworthy performance, a complete 180 from her usual character.
