Review of The Blair Witch Project (1999) by Nate M — 11 Mar 2014
Totally dependent on ingenious, engaging and emotionally charged atmospheric tension, brillian hand-held camera techniques in a documentary style that puts the viewer right in the mix of things and the image of these events as if they actually happened, this is a horror flick that pulls off it's scares in a far more effective way than most ever have and very few have ever achieved.
What's more frightening than a (described as) harry, beast like witch that can control your mind? One that you only hear and discover what it leaves behind for you, but never actually see.
