4.5.
The Blair Witch Project is so terrifying and spine-chilling, it's hard to imagine that you could make this film yourself with just a video camera, a forest, and a few friends. This is easily the scariest film I've ever seen, every sound I heard made me jump. This is found footage at its best. The script is also believable, along with the acting, giving it that extra bit of scariness. You never see the "Blair witch" in the film, and your just left with a few eerie sounds, and it is really effective.
The Blair Witch Project is a gem in the horror genre, and easily one of the scariest films ever made, and the horrific final act is something you wont forget very soon. If you are a horror buff and you never seen this film, what are you waiting for?!?
