Review of The Black Swan (1942) by Mara J — 04 Jun 2007
This was a lovely swashbuckling adventure. Perfect, if you don't mind watching an old movie and are suffering from Pirate withdrawals with the last tale of Captain Jack and his friends having been released.
The dialogue and romance both are snappy but intriguing. Slow at parts, but it's a good story nonetheless that will probably leave you with a smile on your face.
