I write this mostly in response to lightsabre’s review below. Every person in America should see this movie, as a historical reference picture, or as piece of art, or because most Americans are poorly educated and have little understanding of America’s “ system of capitalism”.

But I agree with him that this “all-star cast” is mostly comprised of poor performances. Steve Carrell and Christian Bale's performances are bland and uninspiring. As noted, Brad Pitt is good. So if you are looking for excitement go see a Sylvester Stallone movie.
