The Big Short takes the complicated matter of the financial crisis and explains it to you. It remains very incomprehensible, but clears some things. It attacks the big banks and investment funds, but thankfully does some self reflecting too.
The maze of 'bank terms' and 'Wall street sentences', even though some get explained, makes The Big Short a complicated but interesting movie to watch.
