I find it very strange that this is one of my moms favorite movies. The movie is basically nothing but a bunch of middle aged friends sitting around and talking about death. sex, and taking a lot of drugs.
I guess my mom has better taste in movies than I thought. This film is extremely well written, wonderfully acted, and the soundtrack is fantastic. It does feel pretty dated and I think if I was in my 30's or older I would connect with it more, but I had a great time with it.
